OPUS BUSINESS PARK

Opus Business Park consists of three buildings, two of which have been finished and are in full use. As the last stage of the complex, Opus1 will round off the Business Park.

Opus has an excellent location by the Itäväylä motorway, close to the metro station. Nearby is the Herttoniemi seashore and popular residential area with a small-boat harbour and beach boulevard. Opus is part of the Herttoniemi business area, which brings together offices, shops and housing. Four convenience stores and a wide range of speciality shops can be found in the neighbourhood.
