Telephone exchange services
Addici Oy offers use of the telephone exchange and all its services desired by the tenant. The telephone exchange can be either for the company's own use or calls can be routed through the service centre.
An answering service is included in the telephony services. The service centre answers all calls during business hours (8:00am-4:00pm or period otherwise specified) in the client company’s name, connects calls, and takes all call requests and messages.
